Nobody in America has written about the job search process for coaches more than I have, that’s just facts! I’m proud of that!
You know why I started this website? For a job! My whole goal was to put together 10 pages to help me in my job search, way back in 2011!
I put together a page with some practice plans, a page with a letter I wrote to parents about removing a kid from our program, a 12 month calendar, how I hire coaches, and more.
At the same time, I got on Twitter. And I started sharing resources from this site to social media. I quickly realized that I really, really enjoyed sharing resources with coaches. I never planned on this website producing more than 500 articles, or writing 4 books, or helping close to 1,000 coaches nationwide at the college and high school levels with their resume development. BUT, here we are!
This morning, January 19, 2025 before 7:00 am I got the following text from a coach here in California.
I sent him back a text with the following resources that I’ve developed over the last decade regarding cover letters.
